Driffield Golf Club is a welcoming and well-established club with a proud history, a beautiful parkland course, and a vibrant membership. We operate at the heart of the local community with over 600 members across a range of categories, alongside a busy calendar of visiting golfers and social functions.

In recent years, we have invested in our facilities, including the clubhouse bar and lounge, improving the comfort and experience for our members and guests. We also benefit from a fully fitted commercial kitchen, providing an excellent base for delivering a high-quality catering service.

Located just outside the market town of Driffield, the club is a popular venue not only for golf but also for social occasions, private events, and community gatherings. We have an excellent reputation for friendly service and a warm atmosphere, and we pride ourselves on offering high-quality food and drink to complement our golf and events calendar.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic catering partner to operate our catering service on a franchise basis, working closely with the club to provide:

• A full 7-day catering service to meet the needs of members, visitors, and guests.
• A range of high-quality catering options including breakfasts, snacks, light meals, and more substantial dishes, served across the bar and lounge.
• Full catering for golf events, competition days, team matches, visiting parties, and club functions.
• Catering for private events such as birthday parties, wakes, baby showers, and other social gatherings.
• A flexible and proactive approach to meet the varied needs of the club and its customers.

The Ideal Candidate(s) Will:

• Have a proven track record in catering or hospitality, ideally within a golf club, hotel, or busy restaurant environment.
• Have the capacity and resources to deliver a consistently high standard of food and service.
• Bring creativity and fresh ideas to enhance the clubhouse catering offering.
• Be commercially minded, working in partnership with the club’s management and committee to grow revenue.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong food hygiene practices and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Uphold high personal and professional standards, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Be compliant with employment regulations relating to their staff and have proven experience managing a team.
• Have the ability to actively market the business to local residents and organisations
